About

The Seminole County Gun & Archery Association operates an archery range located at 2390 Gun Range Rd. in Geneva, Florida. The facility features several movable target backstops that can be positioned at various distances to accommodate archers practicing at their preferred yardage. The range also includes several three-dimensional animal targets designed to help archers sharpen their skills in preparation for hunting season. Field points only are permitted on the range, while broadheads and hunting arrow points are prohibited. Targets must not exceed three feet above ground level, and archers are not permitted to use tree stands or climb trees. As a member-volunteer operated facility, the range maintains safety rules consistent with those published by the National Rifle Association, with all standard range rules and commands for firearms applying to the archery area as well. The range is open from sunrise to sunset, and the facility offers public shooting days on the first Sunday of each month starting at 8:00 AM, in addition to membership options for regular use.
