About

Klondike Archery Park is a 119-acre public archery facility located in Pensacola that opened in 2014 through a partnership between the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and Escambia County. The park is operated by the Panhandle Bowhunters and Archery Association in conjunction with the FWC.

The facility offers a diverse range of shooting experiences for archers of all levels. Visitors can practice on a 14-station traditional field archery range with distances up to 80 yards, a 7-shooting station elevated platform that varies between 10 and 15 feet high with a maximum distance of 40 yards, and a 20-station walk-through 3-D archery course. The park also caters to young archers with a 10-station youth field range featuring targets at 10 and 15 meters and an 8-target elevated field at 20 yards. Two wheelchair-accessible 3-D stations allow archers to shoot from simulated ground blinds, ensuring the facility is accessible to all abilities.

The park offers free archery lessons for ages six and above on the first and third Thursdays of each month from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., with equipment provided at no charge. Additional free practice sessions are available on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Annual memberships for $80 per individual or family grant off-hours access from sunrise to sunset. The concession store provides restrooms and drinking water. Broadheads are not permitted at the facility.
