Military Reserve Archery Range

Located at 1800 Mountain Cove Rd in Boise, this public archery facility welcomes archers of all skill levels on a drop-in basis at no cost. The range features eight lanes with targets set at multiple distances ranging from ten to eighty yards, accommodating shooters of various experience levels. A dedicated broadhead lane with yardage markers is available for archers who bring their own targets, while field points are recommended for use on the facility's provided targets. The range operates from sunrise to sunset year-round and sits within the Military Reserve park area. A year-round portable restroom is available for visitors. The facility maintains strict safety guidelines to ensure a secure shooting environment for all users, including requiring that children under twelve be supervised by an adult at all times.
