Archery Excellence Indoor Archery Range, Learning Center, Pro Shop & Archery Supply by CBA & You, Inc. operates as Kansas City's premiere archery facility, located at 4420 South Noland Road in Independence, Missouri. The indoor range features 34 lanes set at 20 yards along with six additional lanes at 10 or 15 yards, providing ample space for archers of all skill levels. The facility opens Monday through Friday from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The range caters to both beginners and experienced archers through comprehensive instruction offered by USA Archery Level 1-4 certified coaches. New group classes beginning at all levels—from beginner to high performance—start the first week of each month, and the facility also offers private lessons, JOAD (Junior Olympic Archery Development) programs, and semi-private instruction. For those new to archery, introductory lessons lasting 75 minutes (including 15 minutes of instruction and 60 minutes of practice) cost $30 per person with equipment rental included. Visitors bringing their own equipment can rent lanes at $15 per hour, $35 for a full day, or purchase an X-treme Shooter Pass for $75 monthly with unlimited access.
The on-site pro shop handles equipment sales and repairs, working with both new and used bows, crossbows, arrows, and archery gear. The facility also hosts competitive leagues starting the second week of each month, birthday parties, 3D animal archery tournaments, and seasonal archery tag experiences. Equipment rental is available for those visiting the area, and the range welcomes both competitive archers and casual participants throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area.
