About

Bend Bowmen Archery Club is a nonprofit, member-run organization dedicated to growing archery in the Central Oregon community. The club operates a heated indoor range located at 21140 Knott Road that accommodates shooting distances up to 25 yards and remains accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week when no scheduled events are taking place. Membership includes unlimited access to the indoor facility along with discounts on league participation and outdoor competitions, with memberships running on an annual October through September basis.

The club welcomes both experienced archers and newcomers and hosts regular shooting opportunities throughout the year. Weekly indoor league nights take place during fall, winter, and spring months, featuring paper target competitions on Thursday evenings as well as traditional and 3D shooting events. These league nights are open to both members and non-members. The club also organizes outdoor shoots in the Central Oregon region during spring and summer, with events like the Ice Out 3D outdoor shoot showcasing the community's dedication to the sport. Members should note that the facility operates on a bring-your-own-equipment basis and does not offer instruction, equipment rental, or lessons. Broadheads are not permitted, and outdoor shooting is restricted to club-sanctioned events only. Visitors who've attended mention the welcoming atmosphere, knowledgeable volunteers, and family-friendly environment that makes the club a valuable resource for the local archery community.
