Middletown Archery

Middletown Archery Club, located at 127 Barren Road in Media, Pennsylvania, has been serving the archery community since 1962. The facility features both indoor and outdoor ranges to accommodate archers year-round. The indoor range includes seven target bales that can accommodate up to 14 archers at once, with targets positioned at 18 meters in accordance with World Archery standards or adjusted to closer distances as needed. The outdoor range, open from April through September depending on weather, features up to 16 target bales spread across various distances ranging from 10 to 70 meters, allowing archers to practice at multiple ranges for hunting or competitive preparation.

The club requires membership for range access, with annual membership fees of $25 for families. Open shooting is available at $10 per hour or $50 per month for unlimited range time, with equipment rentals available for an additional $10. Beyond open shooting, Middletown Archery offers private and group lessons taught by certified and experienced coaches, with options including 30-minute sessions for $35 and one-hour sessions for $60. The facility also operates a Junior Olympic Archery Development (JOAD) program for youth ages 8 to 20, a Monday Night Target League for competitive shooters, summer camps for different skill levels, and a full-service pro shop offering bow tuning, maintenance, repairs, arrow services, and a variety of archery equipment and products.
