Leading Edge Archery

Leading Edge Archery in Boerne is the largest archery practice facility in the San Antonio area, featuring an 8,000 square foot instruction and practice space alongside a 3,000 square foot pro shop. The indoor range includes 17 USAA regulation 20-yard lanes with six center lanes that extend to 50 yards, while an outdoor range accommodates shooting out to 50 meters. The facility also houses a virtual archery simulator that allows archers to practice with live-action game scenarios using their own hunting equipment.

The range serves archers of all skill levels across multiple disciplines. All coaching staff are USA Archery certified, and the facility offers private one-on-one instruction for both beginners and advanced archers, as well as youth classes in semester formats ranging from beginner to intermediate levels. The LEA Lonestars competitive archery team provides opportunities for dedicated young archers to compete regionally and nationally. Daily drop-in rates start at $15, with monthly and annual membership options available for individuals and families, while equipment rentals and simulator sessions are also offered.

The pro shop specializes in superior equipment and custom builds, including personalized arrow construction and bow tuning services. The staff provides expert technical support and specializes in helping women, youth, and seniors optimize their setups.
