Weber County Archery Park - Bakcou Center

Weber County Archery Park opened in July 2020 and spans 11 acres across Ogden, Utah. The facility features both an indoor and outdoor shooting environment. The indoor range accommodates 16 to 18 lanes with distances up to 60 yards and houses a full archery shop, classroom, and meeting space. The expansive outdoor area offers over 50 bag targets with distances ranging from 10 to 100+ yards, complete with an elevated shooting pavilion and group area for larger gatherings. The park remains open Tuesday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., with weekend hours on Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The outdoor range is accessible dawn to dusk daily, including Mondays. Day passes are affordable at $9 for adults, with discounted rates available for seniors, military members, and youth. Monthly and annual passes provide additional savings for regular visitors. Equipment rentals, including compound and recurve bows, arrows, and arm guards, are available for $5. The facility offers private and group lessons as well as classes and leagues for various skill levels. Douglas Archery, a full-service pro shop run by 2020 Vegas Shoot winner Kyle Douglas, operates on-site and provides custom fitting, restringing, tuning, accessory installation, arrow building, and equipment repairs. The park welcomes crossbows on the north range only, though broadheads are prohibited throughout the facility.
