Located about three miles west of Crivitz in beautiful Marinette County, this outdoor facility specializes in three-dimensional archery shooting along scenic, tree-lined trails. The range features two main practice areas: a stationary practice range with bag targets set at distances from ten to forty yards, and an expansive three-dimensional course with thirty life-size realistic animal targets positioned throughout wooded terrain. Shooters can encounter a diverse array of animals including caribou, deer, moose, coyotes, bears, sheep, wolverines, wolves, elk, dinosaurs, boars, and turkeys, with targets arranged both uphill and downhill to simulate authentic hunting scenarios. The facility accommodates compound bows, recurve bows, and crossbows across all skill levels and ages.
The club hosts monthly shooting events from May through September, rotating the animal target lineup each month to keep the experience fresh. Classes cater to both beginners and experienced archers, and the trails have been widened to accommodate visitors with mobility challenges who wish to use ATVs. For those interested in competitive play, an optional four-week outdoor archery league runs in August, featuring twenty rotating targets and multiple brackets based on skill level. Membership costs remain intentionally affordable at just fifteen dollars annually for individuals and twenty dollars for families, and members gain access to the practice range for the entire season. During monthly shoots, the club operates a concession stand offering food and drinks, maintains picnic areas, provides modern restroom facilities with flushing toilets, and offers a campfire gathering space. Non-shooting companions can enjoy cornhole and cribbage while attending events.
