This archery club, established in 1962, operates comprehensive facilities across 40 acres of Wisconsin woodland in Sheboygan Falls. The property includes both indoor and outdoor shooting options to accommodate year-round practice and competition. The indoor range features six lanes extending to 20 yards, while the outdoor facility offers six lanes with targets positioned from 10 to 70 yards. An additional practice range stretches to 80 yards, and the club maintains an official NFAA course along with separate broadhead and paper target courses. Three elevated shooting platforms are situated throughout the 3D course, with groomed trails providing access to various shooting positions.
The clubhouse contains a commons area equipped with televisions, a full kitchen, and a bar where club meetings and events take place. The facility caters to archers of all skill levels and experience, from traditional and longbow shooters to competitive target archers and bowhunters. Whitetail Bowhunters hosts summer and winter leagues open to the public, with fees of nine dollars per week for non-members and eight dollars for members. Summer leagues run from mid-May through July, while winter leagues operate from January through early April, with options including NFAA target leagues, traditional archery, and hunter-focused programs.
The club also offers youth archery instruction through a six-week spring program held on Saturdays, providing equipment, targets, instruction, and supervision for children ages six to fifteen. Throughout the year, the club organizes public 3D shoots and tournaments on the wooded property, along with seasonal events like its annual brat fry. Membership is available to those interested in regular facility access, requiring sponsorship from current members, volunteer work hours, and annual dues, with club meetings held the first Wednesday of each month.
