About

Located in Evans, Colorado, this private nonprofit archery club operates two facilities that cater to both target and bowhunting enthusiasts. The outdoor range sits on a scenic property accessed via a gravel road near the Weld County Humane Society and features four distinct shooting areas: a static yard range with targets set at distances from 10 to 70 yards, a metered range extending from 10 to 70 meters, a short 3D course combining targets and butts at closer distances, and a full 18-target 3D course with shots up to 50 yards. The club also maintains an indoor facility in the basement of the Greeley Recreation Center with 10 target butts and extended hours throughout the week. Membership is required to use either facility and costs $100 annually, though rates drop to $54 in October. A single membership covers the entire family and provides access to both locations. The organization hosts league nights for target and 3D shooting, offers JOAD (junior Olympic archery development) programs, and organizes competitive 3D shoots throughout the year. Volunteers maintain the facilities and grounds, and members who participate in workdays receive credits toward their membership renewal. Visitors praise the well-maintained targets, clean grounds, affordable pricing, and welcoming community atmosphere, noting the facilities serve archers of all skill levels.
