Elk River Sportsman's Club

Elk River Sportsman's Club operates three distinct archery facilities spread across its expansive 304-acre property in Elk River, Minnesota. The club maintains a 20-yard indoor range equipped with 14 shooting lanes that members can access around the clock, featuring a Bluetooth-enabled shot clock system for practicing timed drills and competitive formats. During fall and spring months, the facility hosts indoor archery leagues for those looking to compete and improve their skills.

For outdoor enthusiasts, the club sets up a scenic 30-target 3D course during the summer season from June through August, winding through mowed woodland trails that make for an enjoyable walking experience. The club organizes leagues throughout these months and hosts public 3D shoots that welcome archers beyond the membership. Notably, the facility has previously hosted the Minnesota State Archery Association's State 3D event.

The Known Distance outdoor range accommodates shooting distances from 10 to 100 yards across two separate shooting lines, allowing archers to progress through various distances. All of the club's league nights are open to non-members interested in participating, making it accessible for those considering membership or simply looking to shoot with the community. The club operates as a private organization but regularly opens events to the public, creating opportunities for archers of all experience levels to engage with the facility.
