About

Established in 1984, this archery club operates from the Deseret Peak Complex located between Tooele and Grantsville in Tooele County. The facility maintains both indoor and outdoor shooting areas to accommodate year-round archery activity. The spacious indoor arena hosts the winter league from November through March on Thursday evenings and can accommodate up to eighty shooters simultaneously across twenty targets at varying distances. During the warmer months, the outdoor archery park provides extensive space for summer league shooting, also held Thursday evenings.

The club specializes in 3D archery competition, featuring high-quality Rinehart and McKenzie targets that members say represent some of the best maintained equipment in the state. The organization welcomes archers of all skill levels and equipment types, from traditional recurve bows to modern compound bows, and serves shooters of all ages including children and senior competitors.

Membership to the club is $40 annually for households, with additional options including half-year memberships for $20 and junior memberships for $15. Non-members can participate in league shooting for $18 per session, while members pay $10. Youth aged twelve to seventeen shoot for $5, and children under eleven participate free when accompanied by an adult. The facility hosts an annual 3D invitational tournament each January. Beyond regular leagues, the club organizes various competitive events throughout the year and maintains an active community presence in promoting archery and bowhunting education.
